Architect: Chatten & Hammond

Chatten & Hammond merged with the Daniel H. Burnham & Co. in the 1930's. This drawing of a terra cotta clad hi-rise is about ten years earlier, a very loose, almost casual rendering. It might have been shown in an early, conceptual meeting with the client so it very likely wasn't built this way if at all.
