Jorge Arteaga Isaza - Architect This finely delineated pencil and charcoal rendering is for a moderne Hotel in Santiago Chile. Holabird and Root of Chicago served as the consulting architects. It is dated '47
and initialed GPH which leads me to believe that the delineator was Gilbert P. Hall
who was considered one of the great renderers of many of the landmark buildings that
the Holabird and Root firm designed in Chicago during the 1920's and 1930's.
