This rendering is dated 1944 and would put William Cody in San Francisco working as a draftsman
for the Bechtel Corporation.
Cody is able to give much punch to a fairly ordinary 12 story building by incorporating a fun yet
distorted perspective.
Cody is most noted for being a major player in the Plam Springs Modern movement in the 1950's.
