This rendering is unsigned, but dated 1963 and was told it was built somewhere on the Monterey Peninsula in California. Nicely detailed and rendered with a water based paint on artist board. With a swimming pool in the shape of a grand piano, and just a few steps from the Pacific Ocean, this resort must of been one of the finest on the Bay.
