This proposal for a Medical Arts Building in the streamline/art deco style must of been seen as a monumental addition for downtown Duluth in the early 1930's. Rendered in charcoal and pencil on artists board, it is remotely reminiscent of the style of master delineator of the 1930s, Hugh Ferris.
