Glenn Allen was an Architect from Houston Texas who moved to San Francisco around 1910 and then on to Stockton CA in 1915. I would date this rendering from the early 1920's, watercolor and nearly 45 inches in length. Allen would of been in his 60's if this project for a wealthy California client was ever realized.
